Q: How long and how to get samples from us?

We are delighted to provide you with samples. We will offer 3-5 PCS samples free of charge. However, for larger quantities or multiple types, a sample fee may apply. Samples will be dispatched via international express within 2-3 days. You can either pay the freight upfront or use your express account for the shipment.

Q: What is the package?
A: Most connectors have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 200 PCS. The MOQ may vary depending on the product.
Q: What are the payment terms for sample costs and order amounts?
A: We accept T/T or PayPal payments for samples and orders that require payment.
Q: What is the entire process for doing business with us?
A: Initially, please provide the details of the products you need so we can offer a quotation.
If the price is acceptable and the client needs a sample, we will provide a proforma invoice for the client to arrange payment for the sample.
Upon sample approval and bulk production request from the client, we will promptly provide a proforma invoice and swiftly initiate the production process.
Production will commence immediately upon receipt of a 30% deposit.
We will keep clients updated by sending high-resolution photos of all products,
detailed packing list,
and a copy of the bill of lading. Once the products are finished, we will coordinate shipment and
provide the original bill of lading upon receipt of the remaining balance. Payment terms are T/T 30% as a deposit and 70% before delivery.
