A: We offer more than a thousand different products, and our catalog and website may not cover all of them.
We develop over 20 new products annually, with constant updates. Please send us pictures or models,
and we will quickly check for you.
Q: How long does it take to receive samples from us, and what is the process?

We are delighted to provide you with samples. We offer 3-5 pieces for free. However, if you require a larger quantity,
we may charge a sample fee. Samples are dispatched via international express within 2-3 days. You will need
to cover the freight costs or provide your express account details.
Q: How can I place an order?
A: Kindly send us your sourcing details via email or online contact. We need the following information:
1) Product Information: quantity, specifications (model, color, packaging requirements)
2) Required delivery time
3) Shipping details: company name, address, phone number, destination seaport/airport
4) Contact information of your freight forwarder (if applicable in China)
Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: Most connectors have an MOQ of 200 pieces, though this may vary depending on the specific product.
Q: What are the payment terms for sample costs and order amounts?
A: We accept T/T and PayPal payments for both samples and orders.
Q: What is the complete process for conducting business with us?
A: Initially, provide us with the details of the products you need, and we will issue a quotation.
If the price is agreeable and samples are required, we will issue a proforma invoice for sample payment arrangements.
Upon receiving client approval of the sample and their request for bulk production, we will promptly provide a proforma invoice. Subsequently, we will initiate the production process.
Production will commence immediately upon receipt of a 30% deposit.
Upon completion of the products, we will send detailed photographs of all items,
including the packing list (P/L),
detailed specifications, and a copy of the bill of lading (B/L). Once the products are ready, we will arrange for shipment and
provide the original bill of lading (B/L) to the client upon receiving the remaining 70% balance. The payment terms are T/T, with 30% required as a deposit and the remaining 70% due before delivery.
