: We provide 3-5PCS samples for free. For larger quantities, a sample fee will apply.
Samples are dispatched via international express within 2-3 days. You are responsible for the freight or can use your
courier account.

A: Send your sourcing details via email or online contact. We need the following:

2) Required delivery time
3) Shipping details: company name, address, phone number, destination seaport/airport
4) Contact information for the freight forwarder (if

Q: What is the entire process to do business with you?
A: First, provide details of the products you need, and we will offer a quote.
If the price is acceptable and you need samples, we will issue a proforma invoice for sample payment.
Once our clients approve the sample and confirm the bulk production order, we promptly issue a proforma invoice. This ensures a seamless transition to
production, which begins immediately upon receiving a 30% deposit.
Throughout the process, we keep our clients informed by sending detailed photos of all products,
packing list (P/L),
specific details, and a copy of the bill of lading (B/L). Once production is complete, we arrange the shipment and
provide the original bill of lading once the client has settled the balance. Our payment terms are T/T 30% deposit and the remaining 70% before delivery.
