Q: How long does it take to get samples from you, and how can I get them?

We are happy to provide you with samples. We will send you 3-5 PCS samples for free. However, if you require a large number of samples, we will charge a sample fee. The samples will be sent by international express within 2-3 days. You need to pay the freight before sending, or you can choose to use your own express account for shipping.

A: Most connectors have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of 200 PCS. The MOQ may vary depending on the product.

A: For samples and orders that require payment, we accept T/T payment or PayPal payment.
Q: What is the entire process for doing business with us?
A: First, please provide details of the products you need, and we will quote for you. If the price is acceptable and you need samples, we will issue a pro forma invoice for you to arrange the payment for the samples.
If price is acceptable and client need sample, we provide performa invoice for client to arrange payment for sample.
Upon client approval of the sample and confirmation for bulk production, we will promptly issue a proforma invoice. Subsequently, we will initiate the manufacturing process immediately upon receipt of a 30% deposit.
Production will commence as soon as we receive the 30% deposit.
We will provide comprehensive photographs of all products,
P/L
detailed specifications, and a B/L copy once the production is complete. Post-production, we will arrange the shipment and
provide the original B/L upon receipt of the remaining balance. Payment terms are T/T 30% deposit, with the remaining 70% due prior to delivery.
