A: Our catalog and website don't encompass all products. We develop over 20 new products annually, so everything is constantly updated. Please send us pictures or models, and we will check for you promptly.
Q: How long does it take to get samples from you?

We are pleased to provide 3-5 PCS samples for free. For larger quantities, a sample fee will be charged. Samples are sent via international express within 2-3 days. You need to cover the freight or provide your express account.
Q: How to place an order?
A: Send your sourcing information via email or online contact. We need the following details:
1) Product Information: quantity, specification (model, color, packaging requirements)
2) Required delivery time
3) Shipping details: company name, address, phone number, destination seaport/airport.
4) Contact details of your freight forwarder (if applicable in China)
Q: What is a package?
A: Most connectors have a MOQ of 200 PCS. The MOQ may vary depending on the product.
Q: What are the payment terms for sample costs and order amounts?
A: We accept T/T and PayPal for samples and orders that require payment.
Q: What is the entire process for conducting business with you?
A: First, provide the details of the products you need, and we will quote you.
If the price is acceptable and a sample is needed, we will issue a proforma invoice for sample payment arrangements.
Once the client approves the sample and places a bulk production order, we will promptly provide a proforma invoice for client confirmation. Subsequently, we will initiate production upon receiving a 30% deposit.
Production will commence immediately after we receive a 30% deposit from the client.
After production is completed, we will send detailed photos of all products to ensure quality satisfaction.
Proforma Invoice (P/L)
and all necessary details, including a copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L). Once the products are ready, we will arrange shipment and
provide the original B/L when the client pays the remaining balance. Payment terms are T/T 30% as a deposit and the remaining 70% before delivery.
