Q: How long does it take to get samples from you, and how do I obtain them?

We are delighted to provide you with samples. We will provide 3-5 pieces of samples for free. However, if you need a large
quantity or various types of samples, we will charge a sample

fee. The samples will be sent by international express within 2-3 days. You need
to pay the freight before sending, or you can choose your express account to send them.
Q: How to order
?
A: Please send us your sourcing information via email or online contact. We need the following details:
1) Product Information: quantity, specification (product model, color, packaging requirements)
2) Delivery time required
3) Shipping information: company name, address, phone number, destination seaport/airport.

Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for a package?
A: Most connectors have an MOQ of 200 pieces. The MOQ can vary depending on different products.
Q: What are the payment terms for sample costs and order amounts?
A: For samples and orders that require payment, we accept T/T payment or PayPal.
Q: What is the whole process for doing business with us?
A: First, please provide details of the products you need, and we will send you a quotation.
If the price is acceptable and the client needs samples, we provide a proforma invoice for the client to arrange payment for the samples.
Upon client approval of the sample and request for bulk production, we will promptly provide a proforma invoice. Once confirmed,
production will commence immediately upon receiving a 30% deposit.
We will keep you informed with detailed photographs of all products,
P/L
, comprehensive details, and a B/L copy once production is completed. Shipment will be arranged, and
the original B/L will be provided after the client settles the balance. Payment terms: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery.
