We are delighted to provide 3-5 pieces of samples for free. For larger quantities or multiple sample types, a sample fee may apply. Samples are dispatched via international express within 2-3 days. Shipping costs must be covered by you, or you can use your own express account.

Q: What is a package?
A: Most connectors have a MOQ of 200 pieces, but this can vary depending on the product.
Q: What are the payment terms for sample costs and order amounts?
A: We accept T/T and PayPal payments for samples and orders.
Q: What is the process for doing business with us?
A: First, provide us with the details of the products you need, and we will send you a quote. If the price is acceptable and you need a sample, we will provide a proforma invoice for the sample payment.
If price is acceptable and client need sample ,we provide performa invoice for client to arrange payment for sample.
Once the client approves the sample and confirms the bulk production order, we will promptly provide a proforma invoice. Upon receiving the approved proforma invoice, our dedicated team will swiftly initiate the production process.
Production will commence immediately upon receipt of a 30% deposit from the client.
Upon completion of the production, we will capture and send high-resolution photos of all products to the client,
along with the packing list (P/L),
detailed specifications, and a copy of the bill of lading (B/L). After the products are finished, we will meticulously arrange the shipment,
and provide the original bill of lading (B/L) once the client settles the remaining balance. The payment terms are 30% T/T in advance as a deposit, with the remaining 70% due before delivery.
