We don't have a comprehensive price list for all our products. Due to the vast range of items, it's impractical to list all prices. Moreover, prices fluctuate with production costs. If you need a specific quotation, please feel free to contact us,
and we will promptly provide the necessary quotation.
Q: The item I want to search for is not on your website or in your directory - how to solve it?
A: We offer over a thousand types of products, and not all are listed in our catalog or on our website. We introduce more than 20 new products annually and continually update our offerings. Therefore, please send us pictures or models,
and we will promptly check for you.
Q: How long does it take to get samples from us?

We are pleased to provide you with samples. You can receive 3-5 free samples. However, for a large quantity of samples,
we may charge a sample fee. Samples will be dispatched via international express within 2-3 days. You need
to cover the freight costs before sending or provide your express account for shipment.
Q: How to order
?
A: Please send us your sourcing information via email or online contact. We need the following sourcing details:
1) Product Information: quantity, specification (product model, color, packaging requirements)
2) Required delivery time
3) Shipping information: company name, address, phone number, destination seaport/airport.
4) Contact information of the freight forwarder (if
available
in China)
Q: What is a package?
A: Most connectors have an MOQ of 200PCS. The MOQ could vary depending on different products.
Q: What are the payment terms for sample cost and order amount?
A: For samples and orders that need to be paid, we accept T/T payment or PayPal payment.
Q: What is the whole process for doing business with us?
A: First, please provide details of the products you need, and we will quote for you.
If the price is acceptable and you need a sample, we will provide a proforma invoice for you to arrange payment for the sample.
Once the client approves the sample and requests bulk production, we will promptly provide a pro forma invoice. Upon receiving the 30% deposit, our team will commence production immediately.
Production will begin immediately upon receipt of the 30% deposit to ensure swift and efficient service.
We will provide detailed photographs of all products,
packing list
and relevant details, along with a B/L copy, once the products are completed. We will then arrange shipment,
and the client will receive the original B/L upon payment of the remaining balance. The payment terms are T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery.
