We don't have a comprehensive price list for all our products due to the vast array of items and constantly changing costs. For specific quotations, please feel free to contact us directly, and we will provide you with detailed pricing promptly.
Q: The item I want to search for is not on your website or in the directory. How do I resolve this?
A: With over a thousand products and an ever-evolving catalog, not all items are listed. We introduce more than 20 new products annually. Please send us images or model numbers, and we will quickly assist you.
Q: How long does it take to receive samples from us, and how is this process handled?

We are delighted to offer you 3-5 PCS samples at no cost. For larger quantities, a sample fee applies. Samples will be dispatched via international express within 2-3 days. Freight charges apply, or you may use your express account for shipment.
Q: How can I place an order?

A: Send your sourcing details via email or online contact. We need the following information:
1) Product Information: quantity, specification (model, color, packaging),
2) Required delivery time,
3) Shipping information: company name, address, phone number, destination seaport/airport,
4) Contact details of your freight forwarder (if
applicable) in China.
Q: What is the packaging for your products?
A: Most connectors have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 200 PCS. This MOQ may vary depending on the product.
Q: What are the payment terms for sample costs and orders?
A: We accept T/T and PayPal payments for samples and orders.
Q: What is the entire process of conducting business with us?
A: Initially, provide product details for us to quote. If the price is agreeable and samples are needed, we will issue a proforma invoice for sample payment arrangements.
Upon client's approval of the sample and request for bulk production, we will promptly provide a proforma invoice. Once the client confirms the order by approving the proforma invoice, we will proceed to the next steps to ensure a timely production.
Production will commence immediately upon receipt of a 30% deposit from the client.
We will keep our clients updated by sending high-quality photos of all produced items,
a detailed Packing List (P/L),
and a copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L) once the production is completed. These documents will be provided to the client to confirm the details, and we will swiftly arrange for shipment.
The original Bill of Lading will be presented to the client upon full payment. Our terms are T/T 30% as a deposit, with the remaining 70% due before delivery.
